Our Construction Process
Each ship we build goes through rigorous steps, from the initial design to the launch.
Design and Feasibility Study
A technical and economic feasibility study is conducted to evaluate design options. Initial sketches and technical plans then define the main dimensions and characteristics of the ship.
Engineering and Technical Plans
Our design office develops detailed plans using CAD/CAM software. The technical plans are validated by international classification societies such as Bureau Veritas, DNV, GL, and RINA.
Material Preparation
Parts and components are manufactured in our workshops equipped with modern technology and undergo rigorous quality control to ensure compliance with standards.
Construction and Assembly
We then install the propulsion systems, refrigeration installations, piping, electrical systems, and navigation equipment, and carry out the fitting-out work.
Testing and Validation
Sea trials evaluate the ship's performance under real conditions. After validation of the trials, we obtain compliance certificates from classification societies.
Delivery and Launch
We perform a final inspection and prepare the ship for launch. A launch ceremony celebrates this event, followed by crew training on the ship's systems and equipment.
